You don't need water to help this along and is perfect just on its own.

I had heard people tout Astroglide as being the best, so I wanted to see for myself. However, I kept on trying other brands to see if I could do better. Each time, I kept thinking I should have tried the one I almost went with. After a while, I would only try other brands on EVERY OTHER purchase. After at least a dozen regrettable purchases that didn't even come close, I realized that more "research" was pointless.
