This was my first purchase trying one of these. The inside is completely smooth which is perfect for those who have sensitivity issues. Otherwise I would recommend something with a texture design inside. The suction is ok but don’t forget to use plenty of lube. I only give 3 stars because it’s a rubbery feel that can leave a rug burn feeling if you don’t reach satisfaction fast enough. I think I will try something clear next. Lastly, it’s easy to clean.
